I love leading Focal Point alongside Tracy, working with our team to design innovative programmes to support our clients in tackling inappropriate behaviour and building more inclusive working environments, where everyone is comfortable and can give of their best.
I have worked as a trainer, facilitator and coach with clients of all shapes and sizes. I draw from a wealth of experience starting with 15 years in the Metropolitan Police Service, being the first civilian HR Manager.
When I am not working on Focal Point business, I love to look through the viewfinder of my camera or swing my golf clubs.
