I am passionate about enabling people to become the leaders they want to be. I draw on over 20 years in learning and development, working with leaders at all levels from first-line management to executives.
To me, the most important part of any training intervention is ensuring that participants can take it back into their own world. I take time to ensure participants can see the relevance of the subject and understand how they can use it immediately in the workplace.
When not working I am either to be found out with our three Labradors, or playing cornet or flugelhorn in a brass band.
