My previous roles have involved heading up large departments within visitor attractions and I now use my skills and knowledge to support Focal Point clients and facilitators in the delivery of a vast range of projects.
I am hugely passionate about people, having managed teams with mixes of new starters and senior managers. It is through this experience that I provide an excellent level of understanding of the challenges businesses face and the reasons they have come to Focal Point.
When I am not supporting Focal Point, you will find me doing a multitude of DIY and gardening jobs at my home restoration project.
