My work with Focal Point focuses on facilitating sessions for teams, helping them identify objectives and how they can achieve them. I am passionate about bringing together people from all levels of an organisation as I believe the magic happens when you reduce power differentials, allowing for true collaboration! I also act as a coach working with individuals, supporting them in their development.
I come from a commercial background having worked for one of the UK’s most loved retailers for 29 years. I also act as a Trustee Director and consultant for employee owned businesses.
Away from Focal Point, you will find me playing a very average game of golf, walking, or eating out.
