Our style of training

A strong theme running through all our events is the opportunity for the participants to increase self awareness of their own work, managerial and leadership styles. This benefits participants hugely in fulfilling their role successfully. But at no time is a participant placed in a position where they feel under pressure to reveal any information they do not wish to do. Our training has been praised for its sensitive approach to these areas and in providing an opportunity for self reflection. At all times a trainer is available to discuss an issue with a participant if they would like to do so.

Our Team
We operate through using a network of training consultants and select those most suited to each project undertaken. It is not difficult to find potential consultants, but it is difficult to find really high calibre ones. We will only use consultants who share FPTC Ltd’s ethics.
