STELLA CHANDLER

Stella is a qualified personnel specialist and has been working as an independent Management Development Consultant and Trainer since 1996.

She has fifteen years management experience in the Metropolitan Police Service, including in senior positions. Her diverse career included heading the Senior Management Development Programme and being the first civilian Personnel and Training Manager in the Service.

Since becoming independent she has worked in the public and private sectors, including the recruitment, construction, airline, housing and catering industries.

Stella runs Management Development Programmes, Team building events, teaches on Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (C.I.P.D) Programmes including Masters Programmes, and facilitates, coaches, counsels and mentors.

She has been a full member of the C.I.P.D since 1992, having previously been a full member of the Institute of Personnel Management and Institute of Training and Development.

She is licensed to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicators and Expanded Analysis Indicators, Nfer Nelson British Psychological Society Level A Instruments. She also has a Certificate in Counselling Skills and a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
