SARAH THOMAS

Sarah is a Training Consultant with a wealth of training experience. She has worked as a freelance consultant since 1998, following a highly successful career with a leading recruitment-training specialist, Learning Curve. Sarah can support her training expertise having formerly worked within a major international consultancy, Select (Holdings) Plc, both as a recruitment consultant and then as an internal training executive.

Sarah is a qualified Occupational Psychologist and within this field, she specialises in the design and delivery of training & development programmes across a range of industries - as both a consultant and trainer.

She is also a Certified NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programmer). NLP is concerned with the patterns or ‘programming’ created by the interaction among the brain (neuro), language (linguistic), and the body that produce both effective and ineffective behaviour.

Her areas of training specialisation include Management training and development (motivation and performance; coaching; leadership; and performance reviews and appraisals), sales skills (basic, intermediate and advanced), customer services, communication skills, selection and assessment, interviewing, presentation skills and assertiveness.
