Aim

The aim of this workshop is to develop the skills of the participants to ensure they are working effectively in the key area of communication. There will be opportunities to raise their self awareness as to their preferred work style and how their own style impacts on their communication with others.

  • Identify the way in which they like to perform their role and how different styles can be complimentary in a team
  • Plan for the future

The event will be participative with a variety of training aids used to cater for the differing learning styles likely to be present in the group.  Respecting the need for confidentiality delegates are invited to share their experiences in this area and to ask questions at any time.
