We ensure that any event we run encourages the learning to be put into practice straight away. There are a number of steps we take to help us achieve this …

  • We meet you to discuss your needs and tailor an event to match those needs
  • We ensure a high level of practical content to cater for all learning styles
  • We ensure specific action plans are generated by each delegate at the end of an event to help them put the learning into practice
  • We feedback action points and any appropriate recommendations for development to a training manager or line manager to help them follow up the event
  • For ongoing projects we offer an email helpline to provide support post training
  • We encourage evaluation forms to be filled in not just immediately after the event, but also again 3 months later to help assess what difference the training has made.
