- We meet you to discuss your
needs and tailor an event to match those needs
- We ensure a high level of
practical content to cater for all learning styles
- We ensure specific action
plans are generated by each delegate at the end
of an event to help them put the learning into
practice
- We feedback action points
and any appropriate recommendations for development
to a training manager or line manager to help
them follow up the event
- For ongoing projects we offer
an email helpline to provide support post training
- We encourage evaluation forms
to be filled in not just immediately after the
event, but also again 3 months later to help
assess what difference the training has made.
