One to One Coaching
A fast expanding area of our work is coaching, either
in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. Managers find
these sessions invaluable in getting to the root of issues
and then being able to develop specific and measurable
action plans.
For example, one manager we worked with recently had
been experiencing difficulty with a member of their team
for two years. After one session they felt they had the
skills needed to address the issue. They implemented
the strategy they had identified in the session and a
problem that had been eating away at them and the productivity
of their business for two years was resolved.
We are flexible on times, durations and locations. The
session may be a one off or part of a series

Relationship facilitation
We work with individuals, pairs and all sizes of groups
and teams to identify problems, develop relationships
and improve effectiveness. A small problem left untackled
can make a huge difference to effectiveness and productivity.
We have worked with individuals for a one off session
or as part of a Programme. Each case is unique and is
approached as such.
Team Development
We facilitate a wide
range of Team Development events, designed individually
depending on the objectives of
the events. They range from sessions to identify difficulties
in relationships to events to celebrate achievements!
A number of our clients have seen the benefit of Team
Development events and ask us to facilitate sessions
on an ongoing basis, often once every six months.
Myers Briggs Type Indicator
We are quailfied in the use of MBTI and use it to help
raise self awareness amongst individuals and teams.
It is an invaluable resource for enhancing coaching,
mentoring, career development and team building sessions.
Employment Policies and Procedures
We
can review your employment policies and procedures or
help you create them and then work with you to implement
them. For example we have worked with a client to update
their disciplinary procedures and then trained their
Managers in implementing them correctly.
