Our work with the lovely people at AA Thornton continued in January and February with workshops for all team members looking at promoting positive working relationships and team working.
Our facilitator and coach Shelley has also been running tailored one to one sessions with each of the partners and associates to debrief Myers Briggs profiles and help each identify how to enhance their approach to communication and decision making. We are looking forward to a workshop in April to bring the senior team together to identify how they can use this awareness to inform the way they all work together.
We worked this month with a leading Chambers to enhance team working in their support teams. The workshops we ran were designed to underpin the chamber’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and rather than just leave that message to the realm of written policy, they quite rightly wanted to give their team members the chance to explore what an inclusive workplace means in practice and identify how everyone can contribute. The sessions produced some lively discussions and most importantly tangible actions to take forwards
