In November, we worked with the senior team of partners and associates at Law firm AA Thornton to help underpin transition to a new performance management framework, including an excellent behavioural framework. The development has been instigated by their forward thinking HR manager Karen and the sessions have created some very useful actions for the team to take forward. We are looking forward to returning this month to follow up with some workshops for team members, covering effective team working.
HR Team at City of London Corporation
As the City rolls out a revamped set of policies, we have worked with the HR team who are key in supporting managers across all departments in implementing the revisions. A series of practical workshops is helping them to consider different day to day management issues they will need to advise on and how to guide managers to get the best outcomes.
Continuing our work with the managers at Morgan Hunt, our coach Shelley is now working with the senior management team on a one to one basis with each of them. Using a 360 degree feedback process tailored to Morgan Hunt’s leadership competencies, we are helping them to identify how to make the most of their strengths and work effectively with each other to execute their business plan.
Hampshire Chamber of Commerce
We were delighted to work with the senior management team at Hampshire Chamber of Commerce this month. We have delivered training to Chamber members for a number of years, so it was great to work with the hard working team who provide all the Chamber services. We have helped them in considering a more streamlined performance management framework for the organisation to support their accreditation with British Chambers of Commerce
