We worked with the senior leadership team at Selection and Executive search firm Granger Reis in November. Already a highly successful business, the directors recognised that to take results to the next level they needed to be performing at their optimum as a team. The facilitated session enabled them to explore where communication and the demonstration of values and behaviours could be strengthened to ensure a consistent style and message from the leaders.
Hot on the heels of the two management development programmes we have run for Fusion last year, we are working on a one to one coaching basis with 2 key managers to develop their skills further.
Having grown quickly since their launch, IT recruitment specialists Colston Consulting are set for the next stage of expansion and we are working to help develop the management team who will lead this growth.
Continuing our work with the managers at Morgan Hunt, our coach Shelley is now working with the senior leadership team on a one to one basis with each of them. Using a 360 degree feedback process tailored to Morgan Hunt’s leadership competencies, we are helping them to identify how to make the most of their strengths and work effectively with each other to execute their business plan.
