City Of London Corporation – recruitment and selection workshops
The Corporation wanted to ensure their managers were confident in hiring new staff and were using best practice techniques to ensure the process was in line with relevant legislation and fair to all. We designed a 2-day programme which looks at different selection methods (in addition to interviewing) competency based questioning, what the equalities act means in practice and managing the effects of unconscious bias.
