In November, we worked with the senior team of partners and associates at Law firm AA Thornton to help underpin the transition to a new performance management framework, including an excellent behavioural framework. The development has been instigated by their forward thinking HR manager and the sessions have created some very useful actions for the team to take forward. We are looking forward to returning shortly to follow up with some workshops for team members, covering effective team working.
Full service law firm Glanvilles are an established and respected Hampshire firm and we worked with them in December to coach two key support staff.
We worked with the HR manager at solicitors Dutton Gregory to help bring their diversity and inclusion policy to life. Having a policy to ensure inclusive working practices is vital for any law firm, but it is the most forward thinking firms which really identify how to make that policy meaningful in peoples’ day to day work.
We have really enjoyed working with the management team at the Central Criminal Court (better known to most of us as the Old Bailey) They quite rightly wanted to ensure their knowledge and skills were up to date when hiring new staff, so we ran a tailored recruitment and selection workshop and were then asked back to run 2 further sessions to help them think about integrating new staff and managing teams on an ongoing basis.
