We were delighted to work with the forward-thinking HR manager and lead partner on the diversity committee to launch a programme exploring Unconscious Bias and the impact it can have in the workplace. Our diversity expert Catherine ran 2 punchy, highly interactive sessions, which prompted some insightful actions and we are looking forward to returning at the end of September to run further workshops for partners and heads of departments.
City of London – in-house law team
The in-house law team at the City of London Corporation were keen to ensure they had an opportunity to come together as a management team to develop their skills, rather than simply talk about operational issues. We are working with them to facilitate a session on communication skills – with an emphasis on holding challenging conversations in a range of situations.

We have continued to run the leadership development programme “Creating a Culture of Excellence” for heads of business units and look forward to wrapping up the programme after the Firm’s move to their new offices very soon!
