Old Bailey - We have really enjoyed working with the management team at the Central Criminal Court (better known to most of us as the Old Bailey) They quite rightly wanted to ensure their knowledge and skills were up to date when hiring new staff, so we ran a tailored recruitment and selection workshop and were then asked back to run 2 further sessions to help them think about integrating new staff and managing teams on an ongoing basis.
Morgan Hunt Recruitment - We have been working with senior managers at Morgan Hunt on an innovative way to develop their skills using live business issues. Working in 3 project teams with a mix of managers from across different teams and functions they have had 6 weeks to work on coming up with ideas to address real business issues and present their suggestions back to a panel of Directors. The intervention has been designed to cultivate team working, innovation and collaboration, as well as generating solutions that will really benefit the business.
Almeida Theatre - Led by a proactive approach from the Front of House Manager, we worked with the front of house team to help them analyse their strengths as a team and where they could build on these to provide exceptional customer service. Their enthusiasm and energy helped them identify a number of specific actions to take together.
Local Authorities - We continue to work with a number of local authorities and have run a number of sessions this month for one specific department going through a restructure and wanting to support their people by giving them some interviewing skills training. The sessions help people to recognise their strengths, present their experience effectively and build their confidence in answering interview questions...to ensure they are equipped for the selection process ahead.
