Award-winning, full-service communications agency Redleaf Polhill wanted to strengthen an already impressive team. We have worked with them in the last month to develop their people through using assessment tools and coaching to highlight individual and team strengths and build on those for even more effective team working. They have been a delight to work with.
Mansion House – the home and office of the Lord Mayor of London. This week Stella swapped her suit and flipchart for combat trousers and tightropes, as she facilitated a team building session for the lovely people who run the Mansion House. As well as being great fun (look out for the photos on twitter!) it was a very productive day with a real buzz in the office afterwards!
Southbank Centre – we returned this month to run some follow-up to the management development we delivered earlier this year for the visitor services team. They had made great progress and as a result, we are extending similar sessions to other managers and heads of department in the next couple of months.
Fusion People – we returned to run the last module on the Fusion Managment Development programme which was a practical workshop where all managers have a chance to put their skills into action. MD Steve gave a BAFTA-winning performance as a “difficult team member” with the participants managing his performance through various scenarios. It was very satisfying to see how well everyone applied their learning from the programme.
