Ropes and Gray LLP
Having seen rapid growth since their launch in London and in anticipation of an office move to enable further expansion, Ropes and Gray were keen to invest in their team of Business support managers. We were delighted to launch the programme in April with 3 more modules to follow.
Weston College and HM Prison Service
Huge congratulations to the 37 managers from Weston College and HM prison services who passed their ILM endorsed programme with us! Very well deserved!
Canal and River Trust
We travelled to Wigan in May to work with the team at the Canal and River Trust on building effective working relationships and resilience at work. How we work together and see challenges and hurdles has a huge effect on how we manage situations and how we succeed. This interactive session helped to give the team some tools and techniques to develop assertive and resilient mindsets.
We returned to Solgar Vitamins last month to work with a group of line managers and team leaders from a range of teams, including the warehouse and customer services teams. They were a great lively group – all very receptive and keen to put ideas into practice.
City Of London Open Spaces Department
As a result of changes in structure within the department, we were asked to design and deliver a series of sessions on project management skills. Janice, our facilitator, designed and ran 2 interactive workshops for the senior management team in May – covering everything from Project Initiation to Stakeholder Management. It was very well received and we are now poised to cascade the sessions down to other managers and supervisors.
