Questioning with Confidence -
We ran a very successful evening event in conjunction with our client Hillman Saunders in February. Questioning with Confidence gave our invited HR managers some practical tips on using evidence based interviewing to help differentiate one candidate from another (and very much linking to our guest blog this month) This was followed by some networking and a few glasses of wine courtesy of the Hillman Saunders team!
