Catherine HamiltonCatherine has over 20 years’ experience in the private sector, working as an internal consultant developing a range of leadership and management development interventions; diversity & inclusion strategies and training; raising awareness and understanding of dignity at work; generating champions and employee networks for the business and facilitating key learning interventions.

Her work includes supporting organisations in understanding inclusion and diversity and unconscious bias; designing and delivering short, focussed unconscious bias and personal impact sessions and webinars; working closely with HR to develop skills to champion D&I; designing and facilitating tailored programmes to develop inclusive leadership skills and appropriate workplace behaviour, inclusion and diversity and unconscious bias; designing and delivering short, focussed unconscious bias and personal impact sessions and webinars; working closely with HR to develop skills to champion D&I; designing and facilitating tailored programmes to develop inclusive leadership skills and appropriate workplace behaviour.

She is passionate about developing others and supporting them to become more aware of their own behaviours and the impact this has on others, through both 1:1 coaching and group workshops. Her aim is always to enable sustainable behavioural change.

She loves all kinds of music and regularly performes on stage, but cannot remember lines or moves these days! Her favourite role was a Cruella De Ville baddy in panto. She would love to be more involved with her local theatre company and has a plan for retirement!
