Team Tuesday - Introducing Andrew Rundle, Associate Learning & Development Consultant

AndrewYou will often find Andrew in the kitchen rustling up a hearty stew or fluffing up his spuds for perfect roasties.  One of his biggest pleasures is sitting down to a home cooked family meal and getting plaudits from his biggest critics.  Pride of place in his kitchen are his chef’s whites given to him by Raymond Blanc after attending a cooking course.

With his running days behind him (Andrew completed his first and last marathon just weeks before a major birthday) his exercise now comes from regular walks in the Leicestershire countryside close to his home.  Fresh air and chasing after his errant Cocker Spaniels are a fantastic way to unwind and to keep things in perspective during what has been a very strange time.

Andrew specialises in helping individuals and teams manage conflict in the workplace by addressing differences and energising negative relationships and creating a platform that allows for constructive relationships to flourish.    Andrew is trained in the use and application of DISC profiling which has proved an excellent way to support mediation solutions for Focal Point clients

Andrew’s background is as an HR practitioner and coach.  He is professionally qualified with the CIPD and gained his additional accreditation in mediation with ACAS.
