You are responsible for restructuring your team in response to a changing marketplace. Mostly the team have accepted that this needs to happen, but 2 people have been very resistant. They have now started to influence the rest of the team by spreading rumours – which have no basis in fact - and by being negative and causing more anxiety. What do you do to manage the situation?
