We are delighted to be welcoming Liz Gardiner C.E.O of Protect the UK’s whistleblowing charity to our webinar on 11th June. 

As organisations start to plan how they will operate over the next few months there are likely to be many questions. Some concerns we are already hearing are:

a) What can I do if my organisation is pressing my team to come back to the office, but they don’t feel safe?
b) What happens if someone continually breaches new guidelines and the organisation is not taking it seriously?

It will be vital for organisations to create an environment where people feel able to raise such concerns and ensure they feel listened to. There won’t always be easy answers but acknowledging that these concerns are legitimate and very real and maintaining open channels of communication will be key.
