We are delighted to have been asked to contribute to the Radio 4 programme “In Business” which is looking at Sexual Harassment at work and what organisations can do to prevent it.
The programme is going out on the 26th April at 8.30pm and will then be available on iplayer to download as a podcast.
Post Weinstein allegations, it is vital that organisations think about what they can do to create a truly inclusive workplace and a big part of this is helping people understand when comments or behaviour cross the line.
We know this is not always easy, which is why we specialise in helping organisations to clarify where the lines are and help people to call out inappropriate behaviour.
