We recently conducted a survey asking managers and employees across a range of organisations how “banter” affects their day to day work.
While it is clear that banter can have a very positive effect, building team spirit and motivating, there is a point that it can cross the line and start to have a negative impact on working relationships and results.
Thanks to everyone who took part in the survey – to our knowledge there hasn’t been much research done into this area of working life and the results offer much food for thought.
