Businesses are talking about returning to “pre-recession” celebrations with champagne sales and company branded cocktails on the rise... so are you prepared?!

After year’s of tightening belts and modest team lunches, rather than big alcohol soaked bashes, employees may be very ready to let their hair down – with all the subsequent consequences!

So how do you ensure that the party is one everyone enjoys without it descending into something messy, with the boss telling sexist jokes and team members ending up in compromising positions?
