Annaliese is a professional, enthusiastic, engaging customer
services training consultant.
As well as working as a training manager for two major London
5 star hotels where customer service is everything, Annaliese
has also spent time working for a national charity delivering
inclusive customer service training focusing on visual impairment.
She gained the Certificate in Training
Practice while working at Brown’s Hotel in London
and after a number of years at Action for Blind People
moved on to the post of Training Manager at Four Seasons,
London.
Since leaving Four Seasons she
has been working as a freelance training consultant specialising
in customer services.
