A targeted flexible approach

With the hectic working environments we all have, we understand that it can be hard to prise people away from their roles for large stretches of time. So we have developed an exciting new approach to training that allows organisations to run concise, focussed workshops in two hour chunks.

We run three 2 hour sessions per day and each focusses on one or two specific skill areas.  The sessions are designed to be highly participative and immediately transferrable into delegate’s work places.  Critically, the sessions also provide opportunities to practice the skills to build participants’ confidence.

Each session stands alone, but is also linked to each other, so that delegates can attend all 3 sessions in a day or can dip in and out.
